My vitiligo began approximately 10 years ago with a small patch on my arm. Over time, it gradually progressed, eventually resulting in my hands becoming completely white and a significant portion of my arms being affected as well.
In collaboration with my family doctor and dermatologist, I regularly monitored my blood count, thyroid function, and other health indicators to try to slow the progression of the disease. We also experimented with various creams, dietary supplements, and light therapies, but unfortunately, none were successful.
