Guarantee Period
Customers are entitled to a full refund AFTER 3 months from the date of purchase.
Valid Usage
This guarantee applies exclusively when the BU-1S 311nm UVB Lamp is used in strict accordance with the instructions provided. Any misuse or deviation from the recommended guidelines will void the guarantee.
Documentation of Treatment
To ensure that the treatment has been carried out correctly, customers must document their treatment progress. This documentation should clearly demonstrate that the lamp was used as directed and that the treatment was followed consistently. Failure to provide sufficient evidence of proper usage may result in the guarantee being voided.
Condition of the Product
To qualify for a refund, the lamp must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, documentation (including the instruction manual and warranty card), and proof of purchase. Items that are damaged, altered, or excessively soiled will not be eligible for a refund.
